Republican Spencer Pratt wants to be Los Angeles’ next mayor. Earlier this week on my podcast, I broke the story that Spencer Pratt withheld from his mandatory disclosures that fact that he is a trustee of the KSS Pratt Children’s Trust of 2007. The trust owns two apartment complexes in Santa Monica. What else is he withholding? What else does the trust own?
